How it works
We offer shipping that will be delivered within 1 hour or click and collect. The delivery options available to you at the checkout will depend on your location and the convenience store selected.
Your delivery date and timeslot will be confirmed to you in your order confirmation email. We will do our best to deliver your goods within the agreed timeslot, however, we cannot guarantee this.
We will send you a message when your goods have been dispatched, proof of age may be required upon delivery.
Returns
Canceling goods
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order with Yuu.
Shortages
The courier must be informed of a shortage or shortages at the time of delivery. Yuu may not (at sole discretion) accept any claims for shortage or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. Yuu must have confirmation of these shortages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence is required by the carrier company if an item has been damaged during transit.
Exchanges
To request a full refund or exchange, please notify Yuu by email cs@getyuu.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please state whether you would like a full refund or exchange and quote your order confirmation number, the product name, a photo of the damage, your full name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
Change of mind
Only unopened products that are in the original packaging will be eligible for refund or exchange.
Approved refunds will be credited to the payment card/PayPal account used during the original transaction within 30 days and will exclude shipping costs. It is recommended that items are returned to Yuu via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. If you fail to meet these terms and conditions, the products will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.
Refunds
To request a full refund or exchange, please notify Yuu by email cs@getyuu.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please state whether you would like a full refund or exchange and quote your order confirmation number, the product name, a photo of the damage, your full name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Yuu without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your return request must also be within 14 days of receipt of the product.
You will be notified once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
